Tim Hortons

I liked the Timmy I used to go occasionally in the East end better but only been here in the evening. With MacDonald down the street and Starbucks around the corner this is a good option but maybe not my first choice.

After bringing back undercooked food from the drive through, I was told I ordered wrong by the staff. After informing management, I was told that staff should not be doing such a thing. Maybe this should be communicated to the staff? Being a customer of this location since it opened, I feel quality in product as well as the customer service experience has fallen quite low in recent years. Its worth driving a few blocks to the next location where my order is made properly the first time, and Im not told that I am ordering wrong.

dont go here they dont follow simple instructions and i get it everyone makes mistake 3 days in a row they give me my triple triple with no sugar in it soo annoying do not go here
