I work very early in the morning and the drive thru is extremely slow and I am the only one there lol anyway but if you go a little later when the next shift comes in your good to go

There is a fat bearded troll of a manager named Travis. He wears a hair net on his beard. This employee is absolutely useless, extremely rude and somehow is a supervisor. He overcharged me $10.00 on a breakfast meal and was extremely uncooperative when I asked if he could correct it. They frequently run out of eggs and other necessary items for a breakfast restaurant. I also witnessed another male employee spit on the floor (who knows what else he's spitting on). I will never come back to this Tim Hortons. And these employees should be fired.

They don't put mayo on your sandwich even though you asked for it and they said yes.

They leave new tranniees on the floor alone who don't know how to punch in the menu items. Or simple order requests. Took 20 minutes for this new girl to punch in my order then she made my drink wrong. I got it corrected but they shouldn't be leaving a cashier alone on the floor if they don't know what they are doing. Especially on a Saturday morning. Normally i am impressed with this location. Definitely not today. I had to change my order because she didn't know how to punch it in. Just super annoying.
