Tim Hortons

The coffie is very good . The drive thru is very fast for a restaurant that's always busy . Every time I go here I get the right order. Staff is way over worked considering the high traffic . They all deserve a raise . All in all the best place in the area to sit and enjoy a cup of joe. Located in a prime shopping area and Algonquin college.

Unless you want garbage in you meal/drink, I suggest going to a different tim hortons location. I am very unpleased as to what I found in my coffee cup after finishing it...I ordered a coffee this morning via. Drive thru from someone laughing on the speaker before ordering.. I ordered a coffee and when i finished drinking it, I was shocked to find a fairly large price of plastic in the bottom of my cup. This is the (second) time i found plastic waste in my order. The first time this happened was early 2017, and i found similar plastic waste in my soup, i didnt finish it after finding it, and when I brought it back to them to show them what I found, I was offered 1 free coffee coupon with very rude customer service. I am very disappointed as this has been my local coffee shop for the last 3 years. I suggest to everyone to go to a different Tim Hortons location, this place has really disappointed me and is soon to disappoint many others.

Their staff are not trained and don't make the items properly. I have an iced coffee where I specifically asked for sugar because they're supposed to be sweet and it has no sugar. It tastes like water down coffee that has been sitting out all day. If I could go back to get a replacement I would but I can't so this will have to suffice.

It's a Timmies what cha expecting? I was a bit tipsy got some coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Customer service was very polite and welcoming for 10:30 at night. Coffee tasted not stale so that's good. They seem like they hired the right people and they're on their game. Would go back tipsy 5/7 eat donuts and be welcomed, perfect score.

Its currently 12:06am on December 14th. The guy with glasses, working at the window of him hortons gave me the worst service ever from a timmys employee. Never coming back here
