Tim Hortons

I ordered a chicken noodle soup online for pickup to save time and avoid the usual hassle of ordering at Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, my order did not appear at the Norfolk Street location when I arrived. I understand that this may have been an app glitch, but what followed was unacceptable.nnThe staff seemed to believe that I had ordered from the Queensway location and asked me to drive there, even though I was already at the correct location. Because I was in a hurry, I paid for the order again on the spot. I was then notified that I had actually picked up my order from the correct Norfolk Street location.nnI returned to show them the map and confirm the location. They acknowledged the mistake and agreed to refund me, but my bank charged me a fee for the refund, so I still lost money over an issue that was not my fault. The situation also wasted a significant amount of my time.nnI want to acknowledge that the employee who took my order was professional, understanding, and kind. Unfortunately, the employee who prepared my food appeared frustrated and simply dropped it on the counter without basic courtesy or customer service.nnA simple pickup order should not become such an unpleasant experience. Businesses should not normalize mediocre customer service, especially when customers are trying to remain patient and respectful. I hope my next visit is better, but honestly, I may not return.

Got a bbq chicken bowl, the rice was completely uncooked. The vegetables, chicken and cheese seemed to be okay. But the rice was hard, uncooked, and was sticking to the bottom of the bowl. We went up and asked them to see if we could get a new bowl, one of the employees was very nice about it and was helping as much as he could. He brought out the man who cooked it, and a female employee who seemed to be in charge but wasn’t the manager. The male apologized and was nice, but didn’t seem to care. The female stuck her fingers in the bowl, said it wasn’t hard and that me and my friend should have brought the bowl up and told them before trying it. We tried to say there was no way for us to know it was awful without trying it, but she just called us liars. After a few minutes of pleading, she offered to microwave the bowl or give us rice on the side. We took the rice, moved all the other ingredients over to the smaller container and it was okay. But we went through the original bowl and it was cold to the touch, hard and essentially inedible.

First of all, I’m shocked at all the positive reviews of this place. And I think my apparition of cream cheese speaks for itself in the picture. Also, No matter the time of day it always seems to have the longest wait time out of all the Tim Hortons across Canada and the USA. Whether you’re inside or outside be prepared to be waiting for atleast 10 minutes. Staff is pretty friendly but they need to all have a meeting about focus and actually putting on ingredients that customers PAY for….. and yes I’m going back to politely express my opinion over my pathetic bagel.

I get my drink from this place very often and they make it wrong almost everytime but the good part is they replace it , but today as usual i asked for less syrup didn't get it right first time but now they said the syrup was less already like really! How come you guyz make it right second time always nd why would it taste so different if the syrup was actually less . Very disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Navneet Singh. He was very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. His positive attitude and professionalism made my visit even better. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers. Thank you, Navneet, for the great service!
