Deal with your staff eh, the Filipino lady was rude I mean rude, I’m at the speaker as for a large iced coffee with milk simple and I said with milk because she didn’t listen and then gives me attitude on there and then I went to the window and then she says here is your iced coffee with milk and hands it to me Rudely I work at Tim Hortons. I get it, but don’t be rude to the customers if they’re not rude to you I can’t handle a job go on welfare, I called her out on her attitude no response typical

Excellent customer service. Wendy was so helpful in taking the order. Great atmosphere. Food and coffee tasted good!

I visited this location a few days ago and went inside. I used the washroom and then stood in line. 3 people in front of me. It was probably ten minutes of waiting. It was so bad that the lady behind me was losing it and then started a conversation with me about it. We were stunned at how many people were behind the counter, and nothing was going out or been achieved. All in all, it took about 20 minutes to get 2 cold drinks.nFast forward to this morning, I went inside, spent 5 minutes explaining my order - everything bagel toasted inside and out a seemingly foreign concept except at home where a normal toaster would toast both sides; but anyway, with egg bacon and cheese. No lettuce or tomato, so not a BELT. Thought we got it. Paid. Used the washroom, came out, and my order was waiting. Got home and found a bagel almost burned on the outside, barely toasted on the inside and missing the bacon.nThe drive thru is often a nightmare with how long it takes to take to process the orders as well.

Too often, you are given the wrong order. You also will be disappointed when you go for a donut and the store shelves are empty because they do not restock until the following day.nnThe prices have gone up, and the portions have gotten very small. Honestly, it's good for getting a drink when traveling.

Wasn't able to order...stood in line for over 20 minutes...had to be somewhere and thought I have myself lots of time...clearly I did not....I just went to the other side of town, waited in line, ordered and got my stuff in less time I was standing in line at this Tim Hortons. Was definitely not staffed properly for a busy Saturday morning.
