Put cheese sauce and extra mayo on your burgers and dip your fries in cheese sauce side. Make frosty floats to refill. We love the beverage machine. New Dave's soda flavours were interesting! Dave's Berry Different Root Beer for example.. Definitely not for everyone.. But there are so many choices

Food is decent. Usually clean but the playground smells old and stuffy during the cooler months and the summer it's sticky and smells like dirty laundry. A new upgraded play structure would be great or proper airflow

Service is always great- however- I find the children's play area in a bit of a mess. It's not the first time we've gone as a family and kinda gone 'ew make sure you wash your hands!!' but tonight I witnessed Two accidents and a big spill of soda in the kids play place- one of the accidents being my own kid. There's some steps leading to the big slide and I'm not sure how or why but my child somehow slipped and fell, he kinda wined and got up and shook it off but then as we were eating someone else's child slipped and fell and actually was bleeding from his forehead. All I can say is that the times we've gone the play place it has not been very clean- there's always someone's drink left behind (or like tonight-spilled on the floor) kid's clothes (when no kids are around) or garbage from someone food. I hate not giving good reviews but tonight I was a bit disappointed. The service is always great when you order - everyone is super friendly but maybe also take a look in the kids area. I understand how difficult it must be to keep it clean all the time- but maybe have staff take a look every so often. In the time we were there (almost an hour maybe 45 mins.) NO staff members went to the kid's play area to check if all was ok. So just a suggestion.

Just recently moved to Simcoe. They are very friendly here & the service is great... which is hard to find this day & age.

They were extremely fast and friendly here, I came around 9 and the staff was great.
