I’ve been getting the same drink for years. They handed me my drink and it didn’t look right. I confirmed “this is cold brew?” They say yes. I take a sip of it, it’s wrong. I tell them it’s wrong. Politely. They respond with “I know because I made it. It’s cold brew. But I can remake it.” Customer is right just doesn’t apply here!nnI then hear them behind the window talking about me while they remake it. Then I hear the supervisor say “get the other one back from her.”nnNever in my life have I been so broke that I had to scam Tim Hortons for a $4 drink. I said here, take the drink then. Supervisor wouldn’t even look at me, realizing I had heard her.nnHow RUDE to be speaking about customers as if they aren’t even there. There was no “sorry about that; we’ll remake it!” Just handed me the new drink, no words. How about teach your staff the appropriate customer interaction when you screw something up, instead of assuming they’re trying to rip you off?nnBy the way, the new drink was correct. So I was right and they did make it wrong the first time.nnWill be contacting corporate regarding this matter as well. Tim Hortons has significantly declined in both quality and service.
This is my second time buying from this Tim Hortons, and unfortunately I’ve had another bad experience.nnThere is an older lady working at the cashier I don’t know her name, and she was very rude. Today, my order was made incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, her response was, “What the F word? I don’t know!”nnI was honestly surprised by that reaction. Mistakes happen, but that’s not how customers should be treated.nnI’m really disappointed with the customer service here. If there was another Tim Hortons or any other coffee shop at St. Lawrence, I would definitely go there instead.
I hate going to this location...dont even bother going threw rhe drive threw with the arrogant bobsie twins that refuse to turn there mic off and just gossip whille you wait for these 2 girls to take your order. I thought it was a mistake but they laughed and said it was too much effort to press the button. Not only that majority of the younger staff cannot properly make a sandwich, so juat go inside. Repeat yourself mutiple times than just give up and go to the sr staff. Your sandwich is done properly with just a look. But honestly after ordering usual blt I just feel sick to my stomach...i didnt know baccon could be that brown...nor do I appreciate rotten lettuce. And not to mention i didnt even know they put butter on these...like I can see butter and just small patches of mayonnaise.....i give up. Not worth the stress, idiocracy, and improperly handled food. Like months of this and this is enough....
Extremely disappointed with this location. I received a chocolate donut with barely any chocolate on it a few weeks ago. Now a drink that wasn’t even filled properly. When I went back to speak to the manager, Bunta, she laughed in my face instead of handling it professionally.nnPoor product quality and even worse customer service. Definitely not the standard Tim Hortons used to have. I should add my partner worked there, so I know for sure. That the products coming out of this location are not what the used to be.
I’m very disappointed that this is the only Tim hortans that’s easily accessible at St lawrence as i’ve found that even though the food is okay, the customer service is horrible. There is a woman that seems to always be working at the cash named Lori, and I have never had a good experience with her. Today I tried to order a medium ice capp with candy cane syrup, that’s it, pretty simple, but after waiting I was given a candy cane hot chocolate. The man that put out the drink asked what I ordered because there was nobody else waiting, and I assumed the hot chocolate wasn’t for me as I didn’t order it. I explained that I ordered a candy cane ice capp , not a hot chocolate, and Lori pipes in and says “no you didn’t” in an extremely rude way. I didn’t know what to say and she looked at me like I was stupid and said “you ordered a candy cane hot chocolate”, which i didn’t. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just took the hot chocolate I was given.nnI was in no way trying to be a hassle or a burden because I know what it’s like to work a customer service job, but Lori made me feel like I was one, even after I was polite to her. After working in a setting like hers for multiple years, it’s hard for me to understand how she can be this rude and disrespectful and without any regard for other people. This is not the first time this has happened, and i’ve had multiple friends have a bad experience with her before. I am tired of having to be belittled every time i’m trying to simply order food.
