While shopping at the store I didn't notice that there was a discount for people of 55 years and older. When I was at the self checkout, a young man came over and asked me if I wish to take advantage of the discount. Boss I can't say I was overjoyed this is my notice that I was over 55, I would say that I was grateful for the discounts and grateful that he pointed it out to me. I found everything that I wanted, the store was clean large and well-stocked, and the experience was as good as I would have expected from any large retail outlet.

I’m writing this review to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Themba. The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful, but Themba truly stands out. Every time we stop by for a rotisserie chicken and sides for a last-minute dinner, he greets us with a big smile and never makes us feel rushed. He’s knowledgeable about what’s available, let's us know about new options, and treats every customer with genuine kindness and positivity.nnSure, we could pick up a rotisserie chicken from Walmart or Costco, but it’s Themba’s exceptional service that makes Loblaws our go-to choice.

Today, August 7th is their reopening day. We were just there to grab some basic stuff but they surprised us with giveaways breakfast sandwich, bento box, coffee, doughnut and a lot more. The newly reopend grocery store gives a wide array of selections. So cool and well organized.

I've been shopping at this Loblaws for almost 3 years now, only because it's the closest grocery store to where I live. In that time, the quality of the food here has been all over the place. A couple of years, ago, it was so bad that I actually wrote a complaint to the store. I got a response from the new assistant manager at the time, and he said things would improve, which they did for a while. Now it seems like they're back at a low point. Today I walked in, and the first thing I saw when entering the store apart from the lack of carts and baskets was a display of clementine oranges that were rotten and moldy see photos. The shelves were almost empty in the rest of the produce section too.nnThis is far from the first incident I've had at this store lately, but it's by far the worst. For these reasons, I've started doing most of my shopping at a different store, despite the longer drive. I never minded paying a bit more for better quality, but who wants to pay more for rotten food?
