Overall this Tims isn’t bad. However, this has happened to me so many times now. I’m unsure why we are handing donuts out like this? The tim’s i worked at in the past made us use boxes, it was a very strict rule.

Zero stars. Save yourself the time and head to the McDonalds down the street. Parking is terrible. Once you park you can’t get out because you are blocked by the drive thru line up. Floors are sticky from not being mopped properly or maybe not at all. Mal and female washrooms out of order and family washroom was the most disgusting I’ve ever seen a washroom. Like caked on dirt on every surface, the door jamb was literally black. On top of that the door lock inside washroom doesn’t work.nI didn’t even trust this place for a coffee because of the extreme lack of cleanliness. McDonalds isn’t far and it’s clean and loads of parking.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. We ordered three drinks at the drive-thru around 7:00 p.m., on June 28 and they were already out of milk alternatives and potato wedges. The employee taking our order kept getting it wrong, and things only got worse at the pickup window.nnInstead of the drinks we ordered, we were handed a large iced coffee that we never asked for. Our actual order was a small coffee with one cream, one Iced Capp, and a small vanilla iced latte with less ice. Instead, they gave us a small iced coffee filled with ice, not the vanilla iced latte I paid extra for.nnThe entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. It felt like the staff either weren’t paying attention or didn’t know what they were doing. This level of poor service is unacceptable. We won’t be coming back to this location for drinks or food again.

Stopped in during the morning rush, and the location was extremely busy. The line moved slowly, and it took a while to get my order. That said, the staff were doing their best to keep things moving under pressure. Coffee and food were good once I got them, but a bit more speed or extra staff during peak times would go a long way. Convenient location, just expect a wait if you're there early.

Very nice experience at this location if compared to other locations. I came to the drive thru this Thursday Morning @5AM and an Asian Guy served me fresh breakfast sandwich and hot coffee. Good work!
