Much better experience than David’s NoFrills Picton! Lots of great deals and cashier was mildly friendly. She still didn’t respond when I said Thank You after paying. Young and untrained potentially on customer service ‘every’ time!

Very disappointed today. Tryin to get your shopping done and the produce shelves aren't stocked . I understand staffing issues are huge right now for retail. But what happened to overnight stocking. When we come to your store we expect to get the things we need.

Always a great experience at No Frills in Napanee! The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything we need at unbeatable prices. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick at the checkout. Whether it's fresh produce, pantry staples, or weekly deals, we always leave happy. If I could leave a 0 I would. I have shopped in this store for 20 years. Spending thousands to feed my family. Yesterday I bought neilson 18 percent cream. Good date but sour. I tried to EXCHANGE the cream I brought it back cold and full. They refused without receipt. 1ST WHO keeps grocery receipts. Second any other store looks it up on your card used. For a simple exchange that they would be compensated for they lost me. Never been so angry over a small amount.

Pleasant staff, beautiful produce, and this just makes us want to come back to do any further shopping. Thank you
