Perfect L'il Bakeshop

Unique and fun concept, well executed. Yummy baked goods. Butter tarts, lemon squares, pecan squares, cookies, scones all get my recommendation. I'll recommend more, once I've had the chance to visit again and try more of the goodies on offer. PS, there's coffee (and tea?) too and other beverages as well, so no need to go thirsty!

If you look up the word DE-lish in the dictionary, you will find a picture of this bake shop. I tried the ginger cookies and the lemon squares and they were out of this world good. I just ate a piece of pecan pie and it was superb. We already knew there were many reasons to enjoy PEC. We just found one more.

Such a cool and unique setup! Although I'm sure little places like this exist elsewhere I've never personally seen one, so I was very impressed. It's a tiny little room that you would barely expect to fit two people in, but it's full of delicious baked goods at great prices. It's a self serve system, so if you're not an honest person you should avoid it and go elsewhere to avoid spoiling it for the rest of us. I'd probably visit this place every day if I lived nearby.

Blink and you'd miss it... Pastries, scones and cakes from a shop not much larger than a big garden shed. Butter Tarts are a favourite of ours. Keep your eyes peeled as you travel from the Glenora Ferry to Picton and go ahead and indulge!

This is the cutest little bake shop I've seen. We loved it so much we came back the next day! Try the carrot cake or the mango scones.
