Tim Hortons

Did not get what I ordered. Asked for a 4x4 dark roast. Got 4 cream only. No one to talk to about this. Front desk is for ordering, and at the order pick-up, you don't exist. Almost impossible to get extra sugar or sweetener.nnAlso ordered a white hot chocolate. It's supposed to be cloying. Instead it was barely sweet, and diluted in taste.

Now that I’m off work I wanted to leave a review. This happened 2 days ago but things haven’t been better the last 2 days I’ve gone so I wanted to leave a review I just wish customer service was better here and it’s not just me that’s having problems 24/7. I ordered a triple triple like I do most mornings and I noticed it was leaking a bit. No big problem but where my problem occurred is when I asked them to please clean the cup off so I didn’t get coffee all over my car, she refused and said “it’s ok that’s the way it’s supposed to be drank”….. so whatever, I take my coffee and it goes all over my cup holder and when I get to work I take the cover off to cool it down. Then it goes all over the place because it’s overfilled. It could have been at least made right but why would they do that when the only thing that matters is to get the line moving. Needless to say if you want something done right go to the downtown Tim Hortons

I would just like to say that Nikki that works here is so awesome. She went out of her way to help me purchase one of the holiday mugs as her store didn’t have any at the time of my call. So she reached out to another store to make sure I got it. Awesome customer service 5 stars

I was on my way home from Belleville yesterday and I stopped at Tim Hortons in Napanee. It was very busy but the service was terrible. I ordered my large Double-Double and that Thanksgiving sandwich. Moved over to the side to wait for my order. My coffee showed up in 5 minutes. My sandwich showed up and about 15 minutes. After asking twice for them to please give me my order so I can leave the person completely ignored me. I finally caught someone's attention and said I want my money back. She offered to give me the food anyways and I said no. She apologized many times reminding me that it was Thanksgiving weekend, which I was well aware of. I have been to this Tim Hortons many times before and was always quite pleased.

I've been drinking dark roast for awhile now and I would say 50% od the time when I order it I get regular roast which taste like water after drinking dark roast I talked to a manager the other day he assured me he would teach employees the difference between the 2. Today I went through the drive through ordered xl dark roast and low and behold it's a regular roast so I go back around to get ot replaced well if I didn't get another regular roast so I went into the store waited 15mins to get service and finally got a dark roast but for this to happen all the time and today taken me 3 times to get a dark roast is poor service either the staff don't care or they are not being trained properly
