Just had a shopping visit to the Renfrew location and I just want to recognize Carolyn working the wheelchair accessible lane today. I've encountered multiple helpful staff on several occasions while shopping at the Renfrew No Frills, but I wanted to recognize Carolyn for her cheerful attitude and outstanding customer service. She made my checkout experience so much easier than it could have been and made my day better overall. She is truly an asset to your team. Please share with her this praise. Thank you!

Selection and store is awesome. Check out is terrible. I never go here if I'm by myself and need a large amount of groceries. They never help pack, always rushed to pack on your own as they keep pushing people through. The groceries end up squished down the belt. Normally I am by myself and shop every 2 weeks. So i don't go here often as I'm normally by myself

Is it really necessary to have a quarter handy just to use a shopping cart? You just lost over $100 in grocery spend to your local rival at Metro as a result. Seriously. You lose that many carts that you need people to bring a quarter?

Clean, fully stocked. However self-checkout is frustrating, time-consuming having to get a customer rep to come put in codes for a lot of merchandise such as produce and alcohol
