For the first time in my life, I ate Chicken Cilantro wrap that didn't have chicken in it A ridiculous, disgusting wrap with uncooked rice and a little lettuce, cucumber, and tomato. This is not business, it's banditry
I went to pick up Good2Go, and I honestly felt that it was more good to throw in the garbage. The muffins were barely edible and the donuts were just really sad. It didn't seem to be the stated value of the posting. I also bought fresh donuts there that already seemed old and dry, even though I saw them on the rack being put out. I'll stick to a different location.
Overall, a good experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly, my order was prepared correctly, and the restaurant was reasonably clean. Service was decent, although there is still some room for improvement during busy periods.nnNothing exceptional, but a solid and reliable visit. I would stop by again.nn
Great experience always. All the night and day staff are amazing. Loved their chocolate chip muffin. Would recommend this Tim Hortons.nnEdited- I have been visiting this location since January, and today it’s June 11, 2025. The staff members are consistently hardworking and exceptionally friendly. Regardless of whether I visit during the day or at night, they always greet me with smiles and are prepared to serve promptly.nnAs a regular customer, I appreciate that they remember my order and greet me warmly. Today, I was even offered a complimentary donut. Such small gestures hold significant value for me.nnI find it disheartening that some individuals have left negative comments. It is not the employees' fault that homeless individuals frequent the area, and I have observed the staff diligently cleaning tables and maintaining the premises. They feel like friends to me, and they are all hardworking immigrants. Therefore, I encourage you not to be concerned about the negative feedback and to continue your excellent work.
I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a great experience thanks to Aman Brar. The service was very polite and welcoming. Aman spoke respectfully, took the order patiently, and made sure everything was correct. It really made the visit comfortable and enjoyable. Good customer service like this makes a big difference. Highly appreciated!
