I love Big Way hotpot! I wish they had this outside of Canada where I live nIngredients are fresh. Soup is clean and flavorful! It doesn’t taste artificial.nnThey also gave us a black sesame ice cream after our meal for free as a palette cleanser. Delicious.nnI would come here all the time if I could.nThe Richmond location is much nicer than the one on Robson personally! I would pick this location over the other.
One of the more affordable hot pot places! I love choosing what I want and guessing the weight. The food was yummy because you get what you pay for and the soft serve after the meal was a great touch. I also like the free unlimited sauce bar! Super busy location though and small space.
Wow! Hot Pot within your budget. Yes please. Very friendly staffs. We got free drinks and ice cream as well. Just make sure to pick what you can finish because its a big bowl of soup. Happy Tummy!
This place is phenomenal I love how you pay by the weight of your items. They also always give a nice amount of broth even if my order is on the smaller side! Although it does get quite crowded and tight, the Service is always friendly and quick. I recommend the Mala tang broth and the potato noodles. Definitely one of my favourite places to eat. Shout out to the server named Steffio for always being so kind. Thank you!
Choose what you want to eat and they cook it for you. Limited choice of soup. My HK satay was not even close to authentic. I didn't choose too many items because they were not appealing to me. They have MSG at their sauce bar. The drink was way too sweet, even with less sugar. It was very busy but they had lots of server which make good service. Might try different soup next time.
