Pho 37 is a Vietnamese restaurant that actually understands the cuisine beyond just serving pho.nThe Pho Dac Biet features a clear, well-balanced broth with clean beef flavor and restrained spice. The Bún Bò Huế stands out with pronounced lemongrass aroma and a proper chili oil kick—bold but not overwhelming, very true to its central Vietnam roots. The Bò Tái Chanh is fresh and vibrant, with bright acidity and good beef quality; it’s meant to be mixed and eaten immediately. Spring rolls are crisp and evenly fried, while the shrimp salad rolls are light and clean. The Vietnamese phin coffee is served strong and uncut, with hot water on the side so you can adjust to taste—exactly how it should be. Overall, flavors lean Southern Vietnamese without being diluted for the market. Consistent execution, confident seasoning, and a menu that rewards diners who explore beyond pho.
Such amazingly large portion size and very flavorful for food as well!nJust move to the area and came here spontaneously because husband loves Pho.nnFor vegetable and tofu Pho with Beef Base 10/10nExtremely ginormous bowl and enough for two people! Base was really flavorful and it was a good amount of vegetable and noodles in there. They even gave extra of the broth on the side in case we ran out and that was a good call on their part.nnLemongrass roasted chicken 10/10nSoft and flavorful! Really large portion size here as well and we ended up splitting this also. Good amount of rice in there which we took as leftovers.nnBBQ Chicken Salad Rolls 10/10nMy first time trying a fresh salad roll with barbecue chicken. I have usually seen two foe and shrimp so this was a nice unique one. A really large chunk of chicken in there and that whole roll itself was also quite voluminous. Love it! Flavor was also perfect and it went amazing with that peanut sauce on the side.nnQuite a busy place even on a Wednesday night and it's clearly a sign that this has good food! Service was very fast and everyone working there was also quite kind.
I really enjoyed this pho spot and its ambiance! It is a bit loud with a lot of large groups and tables were quite close but the liveliness and popularity of the restaurant even near closing time was refreshing.nnThe service was good. We were seated immediately and orders were taken quickly. As for the food, the bun bo hue was a bit on the blander side with only a hint of spice. Spring rolls were crispy.
Review:nnA Vietnamese friend recommended this place to me so I came with pretty high expectations and it didn’t disappoint. We tried #11 and #14 and both were really good. I personally liked #14 more it had a lot more flavor and depth which made it stand out. You could really taste the richness of the broth and everything felt well balanced. The portions were generous and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The space itself is big clean and modern so it’s a comfortable place to sit and enjoy your meal without feeling crowded. Overall a really solid spot for pho and I can see why it was recommended to me.
I’d been wanting to try this pho spot last year when I was in Vancouver but never got around to it. I seriously regret not coming sooner this time.nnI’m a huge pho lover, yet most pho restaurantsnserve tiny portions and I always leave hungry. Their portion size is massive—I was totally full, even stuffed.nnThe restaurant has lovely decor and everything looks neat and clean.nnHighly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back with family and friends.
