As expected, upon arrival, you are greeted by the host. Haidilao is known for their exceptional service, and this location definitely delivered.nnThey have a variety of different menu choices, from set menu to AYCE. I would definitely recommend the AYCE, as the set menus, they have added charge even for the sauce bar. At the end of the day, you will end up paying pretty similar.nnThe only negative is that the sauce bar gets very crowded, since the dessert bar is at the same place.
We had another fantastic experience at Haidilao Richmond! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.nnA special thank you to Frank, who provided outstanding service throughout our meal. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and warm attitude really made our dining experience even more enjoyable.nnThe food was delicious as always, with a huge selection of fresh meats, seafood, vegetables, and other hot pot ingredients. There’s something for everyone, and the quality is consistently excellent. We also love the sauce bar—it has so many tasty options to customize your perfect dipping sauce.nnHaidilao is also one of the best places for families with young children. Our son absolutely loves the playroom, which keeps him entertained while we enjoy our meal. It’s such a thoughtful feature that makes dining with toddlers and kids so much easier.nnExcellent food, amazing service, and a family-friendly atmosphere—we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Great place to gather with friends and family.nnAtmosphere: On very busy days, this restaurant can be very crowded and noisy, especially in the waiting area. However, if you choose a good day to come, the restaurant is at a decent noise level.nnService: Good! The servers are nice and accommodating, and I love that they do birthday celebrations and noodle dances! My only complaint is that food can take a while to arrive to your table, which is understandable since they are usually very busy!nnFood: Awesome! They have a wide variety of broths and hotpot ingredients to choose from. I personally order a tomato broth and bone broth. Decently priced — can get pretty expensive. I also find it very intriguing that there are secret codes you can say to the servers to get free food/toys/etc.
We had an amazing dinner at Haidilao! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Lin, who took such great care of us throughout the meal. Lin was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable.nnHaidilao is also a fantastic place for families with kids. The staff are welcoming, and they do a wonderful job making children feel comfortable and entertained.nnHighly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!
I just had the coolest experience here. The server, Jennifer, Made sure my experience from start to finish was absolutely impeccable. I’m definitely gonna come back with friends, it was just the coolest experience ever. They walked me through the entire thing, I got had three different meats and I’m now walking away with three bags of goodies to go home with. Very very very cool place
