I came here to have a custom ring designed for the rock I had selected for my fiancee. The expert service was very professional, competent, and friendly. Barbara E. provided us with lots of design options and helped us to choose the right setting. We decided to purchase the wedding band along with the engagement ring because we were extremely satisfied with the quality of service that was offered, and the price was very reasonable. My husband bought a ring for me from Paris Jewellers. It is absolutely stunning and truly one of a kind. It is my go to piece and I receive compliments each time I wear it! In fact one of my colleagues liked it so much, he wanted to also buy a similar ring for his wife as an Anniversary present! My husband received fantastic service from the staff and they took their time to help him pick out something special. I would definitely recommend Paris Jewellers and will make my next purchase there soon!

With my limited knowledge of diamonds, I did not know how or where to start in purchasing an engagement ring for the love of my life. After visiting numerous jewellery stores in Edmonton, I had found the perfect place. I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from Paris Jewellers. Paris Jewellers went above and beyond with their excellent customer service. Their sales staff was very patient and walked me through the different considerations to account for while picking out a diamond. Being in the service industry myself, it was very refreshing to see such professional and knowledgable sales staff. To top it all off, they had some of the best prices for Canadian diamonds too! I will say it was one of the most pleasant and comfortable transactions I have ever been through. I highly recommend Paris Jewellers.

Had a really good experience getting my then girlfriend's engagement ring. This was a big and important purchase for me and I needed to trust the store and stay within my budget since I've read and heard all kinds of bad stories when shopping for a ring. I honestly couldn't be more happy with how it all turned out. The staff were all knowledgeable and very sincere so I felt comfortable through the whole process and valued their guidance even with all the research I did. There's so many options like a comfort fit where the inside edges are slightly rounded and reasons in the designs to ensure the diamond stays in place. And this place had a much larger selection than all the other places I checked out and could even customize the ring. The end result was a ring that my wife loves and gets complimented on all the time. What a huge sigh of relief! Needless to say we got matching wedding bands here as well. I've referred my friends and family here. Definitely worth checking out.

I absolutely LOVE this store and can't begin to express the great service we get every time we walk through the doors in their Edmonton locations. I first came here in 2006 when I was looking for jewelry to wear on my wedding day. I'm not much of a jewelry person to begin with, but they helped me choose everything and even created custom wedding bands for me and my husband, which we are in love with. The prices were pretty affordable compared to other placed I visited and customer service was so good, I decided to purchase gifts for our bridal party and mothers. This is now my go-to place every time I need to purchase jewelry. I recommend Paris Jewelers to my family and friends - some of which chose Paris Jewelers to make their wedding purchases. They too, were quite impressed and satisfied with their selection and great service, they continue to keep going back. Thank you Paris Jewelers!
