Modern sterling jewelry coveted for its ease of layering and message of true beauty.

To me pretty isn't just about outward beauty but shows itself more clearly in ways such as wit, love, glee, bravery, spirit, intuition, poise, grace, and joy etc. The list is endless. After I complete each design it is given a name to symbolize all that is pretty in the world.

My feminine design aesthetic pairs pretty, modern and rough organic elements together to create stunning and versatile sterling silver and 18K gold vermeil pieces.

I was so excited when I came across a few pieces that I loved from the Fraicheliving collection on instagram and decided to purchase two bracelets right away. I guess I should have done more research on the company and location. Since I live in United States I was thrilled to see free shipping available but not for returns. I ordered a small bracelet and one in regular size. It took an extremely long time to get the products, since the company is in Canada. When I finally did receive the package, both bracelets did not look right due to size. One was extremely small and the other one was to big and kept flipping over. I had my husband go to the post office the next day to start the return process since the customer is only given two weeks to get the product back to headquarters in Canada to finalize the return. At the post office, it took my husband more than an hour to ship the products back. Not only did he have to purchase insurance due to the company’s request for protection due to customs but shipping almost cost half the price of both bracelets. I ended spending $50 dollars to ship products back that did not fit. Did I mention I had to wait weeks for the company to reimburse me back. Beware; beautiful pieces that lead to disappointment.
A big thank you to Rachel for all of her patience and assistance these past few weeks! I had spent quite some time browsing online, but she was able to answer all of my questions, ensure that I could see as much as possible in-person while I was in the shop, as well as help me pick out items that complimented each other that I hadn’t originally noticed.
I was just at the shop today and had an amazing experience and I wanted to share an overdue review. I purchased a necklace for a gift back in may, but due to an accident the chain broke! They took it back with no questions and even repaired it, unfortunately once we got it back something happened and it had to go for repair again. Today I stepped in the shop preparing to drop it off for repair but to my surprised they offered to just provide me with a replacement necklace instead of waiting. I couldn’t ask for better customer service from a business, I will never be afraid of referring someone to this lovely shop.
So Pretty jewelry is absolutely beautiful! I always look forward to seeing the newest collection. My favourite part of purchasing a piece of jewelry is opening the packaging, so much attention to detail!
I purchased the mini honour shield studs as a gift and they were even more stunning in person that I almost kept them for myself! The attention to detail on everything from the packaging to the earrings themselves are amazing and "So Pretty". Every detail makes you feel so special and it truly is a memorable experience! I am beyond impressed and can't wait to get my hands on more pieces!

I recieved the Mini Honor studs in the Jilly box and am so happy I can actually wear them. My ears are super sensitive so I am happy I can wear these all day with no problem! I treated myself yesterday to the Mini Dream stardust studs yesterday and they arrived TODAY! The attention to detail and the care that goes into creating beautiful packages in unparalleled!
Today was my second time in this store and was as lovely as the first time, thanks to both part of the store, jewelry and cosmetic
I’ve spent a lot of money on jewellery over the years at Birks / Tiffany and honestly my wife likes the stuff from Cara Cotter just as much. Easy to do business with. Fast shipping and the packaging the products come in is really nice as well.
I have quite a few pieces from So Pretty Cara Cotter and I love all of them. I am constantly getting compliments on them too! A couple years ago I had an issue with one of the pieces which Cara went above and beyond to resolve, which says so much in my opinion. I'm sure I'll continue to add to my collection as new pieces are released!
