I had my road test today at this registry after having difficult experiences at another registry, and I am so grateful for the smooth and positive experience here. My examiner was Mr. Simon, and thanks to his professionalism and support, I was able to pass my test on the first attempt at this registry.nnBefore the test, I was very nervous and scared because of my prior experiences elsewhere. I had lost confidence in my abilities, but after today I feel back with confidence and secure in my ability to drive safely on the road. Mr. Simon exudes an aura of calmness that immediately put me at ease. He truly tries his best to make the test feel less intimidating and even reminded me to just drive the way I normally would with a license. That encouragement really helped me relax and focus. During the test, his instructions were clear, calm, and easy to follow. Afterward, he provided a thorough debrief, explaining the points that were deducted and ensuring I fully understood.nnOverall, Mr. Simon created an environment where I felt supported and confident, which made a huge difference in my performance. It is evident that he understands the stress students can feel during a road test and responds with patience and professionalism.nnThe check-in process at this registry was also very smooth, and the customer service is excellent. I am truly thankful for the experience, and I want to recognize both Mr. Simon for his professionalism and the registry staff for making this such a positive road test from start to finish.

Visited Sunridge Registry for my driving test and had a great experience! The waiting time was impressively short, which was a huge plus. The examiner, Samuel, was fantastic - he was clear, concise, and professional in his instructions. Made the whole test process much less stressful. Thanks to the Registry for easy and kind processing. As long as you're polite and have all the necessary documents there is no hassle.nnSimon was by the book and stringent on safety but fair and understanding. As a new Motorbike rider with my class 6 that's what I expect from an examiner.nnThe debrief was detailed but encouraging. As for converting the licence, the process, once at a counter took a few minutes. Today, Sunday, it was packed but even then the queue moved quick and efficiently.

Came on Sunday 20 minutes before closing and got the best registry-related experience ever! Almost every window is staffed, they are very busy but working very fast. I was helped by Surbhi, and she was fantastic - super-professional, super-friendly and super-helpful. Maybe the bad comments came from unhappy people, because my experience here was 10/10!
