THG's Hot Chicken

If you go here, skip the chicken sandwich and get the tenders by themselves - way better. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was okay - 6/10 in my opinion. A little too saucy for a sandwich and the tender is way too big to even fit in a bun and eat without making a huge mess. The sauce definitely took away from the chicken. However, the fries are here definitely worth returning for. Really good and the sauce they give you on the side is delicious. Pricing is okay, $16-20 for a combo. Young lady at the front desk is very nice and handles the pressure of the rush really well. Kudos to her!

Chicken is very good, crispy and seasoned. On the other hand the mac and cheese and fries are a huge disappointment. The fries feel like they are from the grocery store and baked, they look nothing like the videos you see online. The mac and cheese isn’t cheesy at all and comes with onions on it. This place isn’t bad but don’t think it justifies the high prices.

One of my absolute fav halal places to get food. The chef is a very nice guy and this place honestly satisfies a craving you might know you had! The hype about this place is very justified - and definitely deserved. Never had chicken or burgers like these before. Absolutely delicious, my whole family is obsessed!

Hands down the best hot and crispy chicken burgers and tenders. The thick seasoned fries are just super delicious and it’s not too pricey. It’s a take out restaurant and there’s always waiting which makes sense since it’s sooo good. Parking is easily available, you may also call and order ahead. The staff is polite and quick with the service. Walk in order can easily take 15-20 minutes but it’s definitely worth the wait.

The overall environment was friendly. The lady at the front did a great job and has great customer service skills. The food overall was a 2/5 for me. The fries were very bland. The picture I uploaded is the fries that were given to me after I asked for EXTRA SEASONING on the fries. This shouldn’t be advertised as hot fries because there is barely any salt or spiciness to the fries. The chicken seemed dry and tasted like it was made hours ago. THG used to be my go-to spot for fried chicken but my last few visits has made me rethink my choice. I’m not sure if there are new workers in the back preparing the food. But all I can say is THG is not how it used to be before and I don’t think I’ll be revisiting anytime soon.
