Jollibee

I recently visited Jollibee on William Kitchen Road in Scarborough, and it was a great experience. The restaurant had a lively and welcoming atmosphere, with a clean, spacious dining area that made me feel right at home.nnThe service was fast, and the staff was friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Ezra Bae, who was not only really pretty but also exceptionally well-behaved. She made sure everything was perfect, and her warm smile really stood out. I hope to see her again during my next visit!nnAs for the food, I ordered the classic Chickenjoy with gravy. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just as I remembered from my previous visits. The gravy added a rich flavor, making each bite satisfying.nnThe highlight for me was the Halo-Halo dessert. It was a perfect treat to end the meal, with a mix of shaved ice, sweet beans, and fruits.nnOverall, Jollibee in Scarborough offers a great dining experience with tasty Filipino-inspired comfort food. While it can get busy, the staff ensures that you’re well taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Usually I love Jollibee. But I was disappointed with my last visit. I got the chicken sandwich combo with pie. The drink fountain was broken and they gave no replacement offer. You could upgrade for the pineapple quencher for an additional $1 which I did. But what about those who chose not to? The chicken sandwich was OK. The chicken was moist but lacked flavour. A pickle or some sort of other sauce would have helped immensely. The peach mango pie was definitely the star.

I was craving fried chicken, I was disappointed in the portion size of the mash potatoes, literally a single scoop it’s definitely instant potatoes. I got the value combo which included a side but spaghetti is an additional $1.50 ? For the price and size - they don’t offer much value. The location was very clean, the dining experience and the workers were great and friendly.

The spicy fried chicken is amazing and it lived up to my expectations. Only thing is the thighs are trimmed off big time which means you would get smaller thighs with the upper joint area cut off by a big margin, it could be the same for all or most of the franchise locations. I want a full thigh cut for the premium price charged. Apart from that, the chickens are well marinated, the mashed potato is superb, the fries are almost like McDonald's fries and the gravy is one of the best due to the balanced flavor.

Tried this place for the first time.nGot the 3 piece fried chicken woth gravy and fries and upsized the drink tot he pineapple quencher which was fabulous.nThe chicken was very good, tasy and flavourful. Just too oily maybe they could have got rid of that excess oil.nFries good, gravy very good and I'll be back for more.nNeed to try that dessert there!nFriendly staff so good job to the whole team.
