Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent decline in the quality of food at this Popeyes location. The chicken is often undercooked or overcooked, and the taste has become inconsistent. I have been a loyal customer of this location for many years, and I am disappointed to see the standards drop. I hope that the management will take action to address this issue and restore the restaurant to its former glory.

I went to Popeyes on Markham & Kingston rd today to get a full meal for Mothers Day. I ordered a 20 piece chicken with the mash potatoes gravy, biscuits and fries. Why is it when I got home & we’re ready to serve everybody the mash potato gravy smelled & tasted sour? How did the mash potatoes gravy spoil by the time I got home? and the chicken didn’t taste fresh? It tasted like it was stale, like as if it was kept out for more than 24hrs then put back into the fridge to keep for the next day?.. nobody wanted to eat it so the Family gathering for this meal from Popeyes was ruined. I can’t bring it back to show you guys to see for yourself. I will also call the health inspector to come & investigate your place of business on a regular basis because this is not right. You cannot save left over food for the next following day!

Just went through drive-thru. The girl doesn't understand English very well. My order was wrong and didn't realize until I got home. Also, my chicken strips taste fishy. I guess they need to change their oil or fry the fish and shrimp separate from the chicken. It's gross and I will never go to this location again. Yuck!!!!

Today 8.39pm I order drive through 8 pice chicken combo 4 legs, 4 thighs + fries total $36.15nI am so disappointed they give me only 2 legs, 2 thighs & 4 small wings all pieces is fully burned.nI recommend no one buy from the drive through.nThis was the second time happened to me. We are so disappointed.
