BEST HOTPOT PLACE IN CANADA HANDS DOWN. I been hotpot person for a very long time and believe me, this place is the GOAT. Been to this place countless time already. The food is amazing and soup base is top notch. Everyone need to eat the beef skewer wrap in bell pepper. It's slaps. Service was good as always, never had a problem with them.

This was my first time here. I’ve known about this place for a while but never got around to trying it until I saw a blogger recommend it on social media. It’s an AYCE all-you-can-eat spot with individual soup bases, and they offer free pop. The average cost, including the soup base, is around $50–$60 depending on which broth you choose.nThey have a skewer section where you can pick your own marinated beef rolls with different vegetables, as well as separate vegetable and seafood sections. The food was alright overall.nFor the meat rolls beef or lamb, you need to ask the server to bring them to your table. What I noticed, though, is that the first batch of beef rolls was excellent quality—but when I requested more, the second batch seemed to be a lower-quality cut, a bit tougher. This actually reminded me of a similar hot pot place I tried near Fairview Mall.nHonestly, I understand that owners want to cut costs, but do they really think customers don’t have taste buds?nOverall, I’d rate this place 3/5. I’d prefer to visit Daimaru instead since their quality is more consistent.

Great dining experience! Jill provided excellent service—she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food was fresh and delicious, and everything was well prepared. Definitely worth coming back again. Highly recommended!

This is a great place for friends to get together and the location is very spacious and service was superb, our server Ada was super friendly and attended to our table very often asking how everything is and went above and beyond to make our visit very enjoyable. The food selection isn’t very big with a self serve area where you can pick your own skewers and seafood etc. Also enjoyed how it’s one person per pot so we don’t have to worry about sharing with others. They also have all you can drink pop which is self served. The first week of December also have special discount. Very impressive service, will visit again

Mostly self served AYCE, sliced meats are requested by server, food and vegetables are kept refrigerated, seafood tasted fresh. All the soup bases we had at our table were balanced and well seasoned, if you can handle spice, I recommend their spicy numbing soup base, I only had a mild and it was plenty numbingnnThanks to Coco who checked in on us to make sure our experience is good and kept our table tidy throughout our meal!
