North Kabab

Pretty good spot for some Afghani food. The restaurant is pretty well decorated and is kept clean. It is relatively spacious and offers variety of seating options including traditional style and with chairs. There is also a pretty cool patio out in the front. Tried a number of items including the chicken tandoori kebab and the beef and chicken shami kebabs with kabuli rice. The chicken was excellent and the kabuli rice was great. The beef was also good but second best. The dinner comes with naan and salad and the portion sizes are good. The staff is quite friendly and they accommodated our requests and were quite patient. Good overall dining experience.

I did a pickup order. They were kind and so helpful over the phone so I could decide what to order. I did the family 8 special. It was so delicious, rice, naan, various meet & fries. The salad was okay, but just regular. The quantity was great to have people try it all. At pickup the restaurant was clean, friendly staff & everything packaged nicely.

I ordered their special offer for Wednesdays Waziri Kabab. Their special offers are available only for to go orders as I was told.nnThe kabab was pretty tasty and tender, especially the chicken. Sauces were not bad. The rice portion was generous, but it lacked flavour. Even the salt was not enough. Same thing for the salad.nnThe order also included fresh Afghani tanoor bread, which was really good. It compensated for the kinda disappointing rice.

Really bad food with bad customer service . I went to the front lady twice but she didn’t come back to ask or helped us . I spent 30$ for these waste meat or i can say old one! Disappointed never gonna come back old black meat very bad taste almost about to vomit it

Delicious and authentic Afghan food is a mainstay of this spot. There is ample space for both dine-in and takeout, and all food is prepared fresh to-order with a broad variety of menu options available. The kababs and mantu are a must-try, and the service from the staff is very attentive and welcoming! Perfect for catering and group meals as well. Definitely recommend visiting and trying if you're in Scarborough and craving delicious Afghan cuisine!
