Friendly staff - not pushy for sales and help my wife to find what she needs all the time. Sale rack is a good place to start if your on a budget. Tims next door for husband daycare if your not into couple shopping. Boots & jackets available in the winter season.
On tuesday yesterdayi bought winter coats and cloths from penningtons , but wednesdaytodaywhen i wore pant just for one and a half hour period of time, its fabric started to be thin and rough due to the friction .I took it too the shop immediately with recite and tag. Staff was very lazy ,the lady who was standing on counter she was taking a too much time in customer dealing on my turn when i explained her every thing she said this is normal in this fabric .I was shocked because I paid 50$ for that pant.I asked her that i want to return it, she took my recite , tag and pant into manager's room . after a while manager came out of room and she through my recite and tag on counter and behave very rudely and insulting and said this can be happened in this fabric and its normal and i can't return it. When i tried to explain my problem she ignored me and turn back and started talking with other person .I waited untill she finnished her gosips.I again started to explain my point of view she again started talking with other lady to ignore me . She was treating me like a beggar . Her behaviour was so insulting , ignoring ,rude and full of attitude . I don't know who appoint her and on what basis because she has no sense how to deal customer and she has no ability to become a manager of penningtons . please penningtons you should check your employee because in future no one will come to your shop just because of your employees attitude. I am a regular customer of penningtons. but I don't want to go on that shop just because of that rude lady. That was the worst experience of my life
Problem with Pennington is..they seem to think fat women are 6 feet tall. I am Standard 5 feet 4 inches and every pair of pants are made for 6 feet tall women. Same applies to their dresses.
Love the clothes. Love the sales even more. Pennington's used to be dowdy but now they're modern and even have some edgy looks.
Not great selection for professional. No skirts good blouses etc. Great for everyday. Staff is great
Terrible location. Staff are not very friendly or helpful. Tried to stop in on my way home tonight, a Wednesday, and the store had closed at 6pm. No other locations close this early on a weekday!
I love this place. Makes me feel confident.
