Love this specialty toy boutique! Great for gifts for kids of all ages! Great quality and always keeping up with new and exciting items! Real cozy feel of a traditional toy store, NOT a big box common bargain store at all.

Whenever we need to purchase toys for our nieces or nephews we know just where to go - Tag Along Toys. No matter who is in the store - we always have the best customer service; the staff ask the right questions so that they can help you select the perfect toys for gifts. And they have never been wrong. They always offer a choice of different ideas to include different price points. The final decision is ours but their advice is so valuable. We have been shopping at Tag Along Toys for over 5 years. The store is visually appealing for not only children, but also adults. Gift wrapping is always free. Grandparents receive a discount the last Thursday of every month. The owner (Patti) is often in the store and never hesitates to help out new parents or grandparents or Aunts or Uncles. Patti is always looking for new educational toys for all ages; its wonderful to have a Toy Store owner who has an educational background so you know you are purchasing toys that have been well researched. Patti also supports local charities and that speaks volumes for her dedication to her community. We have recommended Tag Along Stores to our many friends and family, and they have never been disappointed. Once you visit Tag Along Toys you will never shop anywhere else for your toy needs. Very unpleasant experience here. Very rude lady working at the cash with no customer service skills whatsoever. I wanted to use my visa gift card I had towards the purchase and she said this was not possible. She did not try to see if it could be done, just said no. The store was closing soon and I got the feeling she didn't want to deal with my transaction. This was November 25 before 5pm. I left feeling upset and like she didn't care if she made a sale or had any desire to help me use my gift card. She spoke to me in a condescending manner. I will not return here again sorry. I called mastermind toys after to ask if I could use my visa gift card there towards my purchase and they assured me it was no problem so I don't understand the refusal at this store. I feel this employee needs training with how to handle various methods of payment that may occur during her shift.

I've been visiting this store for 10 years and highly recommend them. The staff are exceptionally professional and always go the extra mile.

People there were very kind helping me find what I was looking for, they let me test out multiple items to see what I liked best, and I left something inside and they ran out to give me it. Great experience
