We went there to enjoy the movies during the April’s long weekend, because of the cold weather there’s just few cars and spacious! Projection, audio and the food over there were nice !
Honestly, I've come here with my boyfriend over 15 times in the past 2 years and it's been great every time. Their concession stand has great food we usually go for the deep fried pickles + nachos with double cheese dips. Though the price isn't exactly cheap, it's always been good quality so it's still worth going in my opinion. They have a battery starting service if you want to use air con during the movie and your car doesn't start up when you want to leave.
This was my first experience at a drive -in @ 40+ yrs old. Advanced ticket purchase is a must in my opinion along with getting there a out an hour early as the line up getting in, while it moves quickly, is long! The concession stand has a huge variety of food to choose from! More than you can find on the online menu..they have nachos in case that's as important to you as it is to me :. If you haven't done the drive in, I would suggest bring some sort of mosquito net that you could put over your windows while they are open for air flow as your car is off and in the summer it gets warm...while I wouldn't go every week, I would go to Stardust again in a heartbeat!
Great place, good prices on concessions and the double features are a great deal. Screens look good and the other customers were pretty good about keeping their lights off and not interrupting the movie too much. Could use a bit more signage out front showing the entrance, as it was already getting dark we missed the sign on our way by. The parking lot/roads in the drive-in lot were pretty bad and could use some resurfacing to save some accidents. Lots of potholes that could be potentially dangerous especially after dark. Would still highly recommend this place and will be back.
Not bad. Snacks are reasonably priced. Washrooms are dated. But the entry and exit road-ways are horrible. Major potholes. Unbelievable, your making good money. How about a little decency and look after your roads so at the very least, allow people to keep their vehicle in good running order. After all your business thrives on "vehicles" hence "drive-in".
Great drive-in experience. Old school vibes, big screen, good audio. Concession stand food is on point, washrooms were pretty clean. Dog friendly. Definitely a family must!
Lovely drive-in theatre! Convenienly located near 404 in Newmarket. Great price with double feature movies. Amazingly friendly staff! Very well maintained drive-in with great sound, nice cafeteria and super clean washrooms. Highly recommended for a movie date night or family outings, especially during the pandemic.
Arrived early to get a good view. When I got to the drive-in went straight to the snack bar. Similar aesthetic to the 5 drive-in as they are both owned by Premier theaters. Watched Tenet on Screen 1. I purchased a popcorn, drink and pretzel. They offer a variety of snacks, warm foods and drinks. The car parked in front of us had their trunk opened which blocked our view of the screen prior to the start of the movie but a worker kindly told them to lower it. Enjoyable experience. Again, bring your blankets, chairs get comfortable and enjoy the movie!
We make a point to go to this drive-in ever summer. The lots can get pretty crowded on the weekends, so make sure you get there early. The poutine is super yummy! I have recently dropped it from a 5-star to a 3- star rating. The movie we were watching was very dark and it was hard to see what was going on. This is the second time we have experienced this here and left after the first feature. Since we have had positive experiences here and we can bring our puppies, we will likely come back again!
Big space with yellow poll markers to indicate the parking spot. There are 3 screens playing different movies at the same time. Despite the big crowd, the whole place is in proper order. Good service and courtesy from the staff. Clean washrooms with enough paper towels and tissue paper, and no line-up. Concessions have good selections of foods and fairly priced. My group watched 2 movies. At the end, a staff was walking around with battery booster to assist those whose car batteries died.
