Cineplex Odeon Aurora Cinemas

Staff seemed bored at 430 on a Tuesday afternoon and were more interested in their phones than actually engaging with customers.nTo the point that the bf and I were the only ones in the line to have tickets scanned and we were sent to the wrong theater.nTheater itself was in good condition. Clean, great sound, fantastic picture quality.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean environment. My kid lost our Xscape card somewhere, didn't suppose we can get it back. I left my phone number to the front desk just in case. And the amazing staff called me within one hour that they found it! Lots of thanks! Will definitely visit again!

2023 December 3nCome to this location if it's not too far, there'll be plenty of FREE parking and usually good available seats without the heavy crowds. Though this theater doesn't have all the frills, it's also cheaper in the aspect that they have Regular seating and not IMAX.nOtherwise, it's ok.nEverything else is fine.nMovies and friends at the movies spending quality time is what matters.

First time visited this Cineplex Odeon Aurora. Plenty parking. Very clean, spacious theater. There were not many people there on Monday evening around 9:30pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great evening!

I love this place, always I have a good time here.
