Five stars for Cineplex Odeon Aurora Cinemas. Clean, comfy seats and smooth service made our night easy. Mobile tickets scanned fast, popcorn was fresh, and the theatre felt well kept. UltraAVX with Dolby Atmos sounded incredible, and the RealD 3D and D-BOX options make it a great spot for blockbusters. Parking is straightforward and the location is convenient. I went to this theatre to watch Avatar, and unfortunately it was not an enjoyable experience. We chose the D-box seats which were near the back. During the movie, I felt itching and a crawling sensation. After the movie, I noticed a large bite on my arm. The following day, I woke up with multiple bites. That day I found a bed bug in my room. I have never experienced this issue before this visit. Based on the timing, I believe it may have come from the theatre seating as I was experiencing itching and crawling while sitting in the seats. I wanted to make others aware, as the seats also had an odor and appeared unsanitary. Please beware when going to this theatre.

OK in general the place is nice. The place is OK but at the entrance there was a this guy who he has to like give information and all that it was kind of big and all that but to be honest, I didn’t like his attitude he was he was a little bit harsh. I felt it and I don’t know. Maybe he was out in the mood for helping any people exactly when you enter the Place he standing right over there and even his approach was not even appropriate so but the other things were OK and most of the movies are for kids can hardly find like movies that are for adults and also couple assistance were not working so you can check online likewhich movie you wanna pick you have to go to that section that they sell food and that operator will check for you actually

One of my favorite theatre. I only like it's AVX theatre, some others have dirty screens. Staffs are friendly. Lots of food booths, never had to wait too long. The AVX theatre is close to the washroom, which is is a plus. I watched Avatar Fire & Ash 2 times here. One time with my grandchildren. We bought our lunch here as the movie is over 3 hours long.

I attended the Aurora location last night. There wasn't not a lot people in the theater. About 15 minutes after the movie started, 4 teenagers came into theater. It was non-stop talking, laughing and giggling out very loud. I asked them to stop talking. About 10 minutes, they started talking again. I tried to call the theater from my phone while I was in the theater so get a manager into the theater, but their answering system does not take calls. I ended up leaving the theater as it was too distracting listening to these kids. They have absolutely no respect for anyone else in the theater. I met the manager at the front who looked to be no older than 19. So, I knew I wasting my time. The only thing I got out of him, was that he was sorry? I told him, the people that are causing the problem are allowed to stay??? Not good! I will not be back. The manager needs to do their job, and have a process in place to remove disruptive people! I would post a zero rating, but they do not have one.
