Five stars for Cineplex Odeon Aurora Cinemas. Clean, comfy seats and smooth service made our night easy. Mobile tickets scanned fast, popcorn was fresh, and the theatre felt well kept. UltraAVX with Dolby Atmos sounded incredible, and the RealD 3D and D-BOX options make it a great spot for blockbusters. Parking is straightforward and the location is convenient. Highly recommended. The staff are nice, the vibes are amazing, the food is delicious, and the service is very good. The only negative point is that there are no movie posters outside the theatre hall, unlike other branches. Because it is my favourite location, I am therefore keen to see it become the best overall. I would suggest that the management add them in the future, as we love taking photos beside them and they also help people easily find the cinema without confusion.

There was a long queue at the popcorn and drink store. Only 1 cashier was available. The service was very slow. No additional staff came to help until at the very end. Even though I raised the concern with one of the staff who attended to me. She said there’s 15 mins more for the movie to start. That’s not true as when I entered the movie started at the nick of the time. More staff should be available and present at the counter especially 30 mins prior to start of the movie!!!!! They are paid for that and there’s no excuse!!!! Customer service here at this location is unacceptable!!!

I attended the Aurora location last night. There wasn't not a lot people in the theater. About 15 minutes after the movie started, 4 teenagers came into theater. It was non-stop talking, laughing and giggling out very loud. I asked them to stop talking. About 10 minutes, they started talking again. I tried to call the theater from my phone while I was in the theater so get a manager into the theater, but their answering system does not take calls. I ended up leaving the theater as it was too distracting listening to these kids. They have absolutely no respect for anyone else in the theater. I met the manager at the front who looked to be no older than 19. So, I knew I wasting my time. The only thing I got out of him, was that he was sorry? I told him, the people that are causing the problem are allowed to stay??? Not good! I will not be back. The manager needs to do their job, and have a process in place to remove disruptive people! I would post a zero rating, but they do not have one.

I went to this theatre to watch Avatar, and unfortunately it was not an enjoyable experience. We chose the D-box seats which were near the back. During the movie, I felt itching and a crawling sensation. After the movie, I noticed a large bite on my arm. The following day, I woke up with multiple bites. That day I found a bed bug in my room. I have never experienced this issue before this visit. Based on the timing, I believe it may have come from the theatre seating as I was experiencing itching and crawling while sitting in the seats. I wanted to make others aware, as the seats also had an odor and appeared unsanitary. Please beware when going to this theatre.
