Love this theatre! The staff is amazing and made myself and my autistic son, feel so welcome. They even lowered the volume because we didn’t have ear plugs or headphones. That is great customer service. Thank you to all the great employees at the Newmarket Silver Cinema. We love you!

First experience of theater in Canada, loved it and all the more because of community day it was free..... thanks for all the committee members making it a memorable one.....

The theater is clean people are friendly food is too expensive no wonder they're not doing wwell they're not making a profit or I don't understand why they say they're having difficulty when they overcharge just for something as simple as popcorn and a drink maybe if they brought their prices down more people would go. $80 for popcorn and a drink is ridiculous

Large open atrium, overpriced popcorn and drinks but it did seem to give employment to students, there was also what looked like a short order food place, party area and an arcade area. I don't know what parts of their operation is fully operating due to the aftermath of Covid-19. The place was relatively clean but I did slide on the popcorn topping oil right from the aisle into my seat. The screen in our theature was unmarked, the film projection bright and the sound terrific.

The staff are amazing, and not in a good way. I've never seen service this consistently slow, everybody who works behind the counter moves at a snail's pace. There is a separate snack counter where you can get hot food items that has a beer fridge. Miraculously, nobody with their smart serve is posted at this counter, ever.

Very enjoyable movie theater included food court and play area for a kids.

If I could give a zero right now I would. Went to the movies tonight and the movie stopped part way through. When they fixed that issue the lights would flicker like crazy and it made it near impossible to enjoy the movies. The staff knew about this issue but didn’t offer compensation for the problem.

We went there last week to see Avatar: The Way of the Water but the hydro was out. I would have thought nothing of it it it weren't for another man who pulled up and said: "The power's out again, isn't it" and I said yeah, is that a usual occurrence? And he said "Yeah, this theater is always loosing power". My only question to you guys is why? Why the hydro, most times when I have to negatively review something it's because of poor quality staff, or uninhabitable laboratories, not a utility problem.

Had the moving seats at first I was in sure but after a few minutes I became more comfortable and enjoyed the experience

Always a good movie watching experience here. Never overly crowded The theatres are kept up to date - however the washrooms need some updating.
