Lebovic Centre for Arts & Entertainment - Nineteen on the Park

I saw a fantastic play here called Stronger, Freer and had a wonderful time! I think the proximity of the handicapped parking to the actual entrance is a serious problem. I had my 90 year old mother in law with me and I was stressing about how far she had to walk. The play almost made up for it!

I saw some great arts programming here. It was an educational First Nations dance performance. Excellent. I hope to see more programming like this in the future.

great decor in the auditorium. Great place to see a small show.

Although it's a good distance from where I reside, there is good history to this place. Plus, since my brother is actor/model, the company utilizes this facility.

I just finished providing entertainment services for a private event at this venue and everything went well until it was time to finish up the evening. I had to deal with a uncontrollable monster of a employee at this venue. It was 1:11 when Simon (employee from the Nineteen on the park venue) came to me yelling at me to cut the music. shortly after, when It was time for me to leave I approached Simon expressing that his approach was un necessary and unprofessional. He retaliated by yelling louder, using profane language and pointing his finger at me yelling to leave the building. Me feeling threaten, I retaliated for my own safety. Lucky enough, a security guard was there to keep him under control. I am still in shock that out of 15 years in the entertainment industry that I had to deal with a individual like this. People, vendors, entertainers, be fore warned about this loose canon of a employee at this venue.
