The Sock Factory

One pair was giant and the other had a hole in them....Tried to support a "local" business but total waste of money. I bought a pair of socks, tried them on and they fit super big so I attempted to return them and they refused, I said could I at least exchange them for a smaller size and they said no. These socks are made in China, not exactly "local". If I had bought the same ones at Walmart they would have been cheaper and I could have actually gotten ones that fit. Total waste of money for low quality socks and a bad customer experience. Will never shop there again.

Admittly I had never gone to the original Sock Factory in Cambridge or Guelph, however I can say with certainty that this new Sock Factory is a good improvement. Under the new ownership of April, a kind and charming women to deal with, The Sock Factory has found new life in The Shops at Waterloo Town square. Clean and pleasant to look at, they have everything you could possibly need for socks as well as some additional men's and women's clothing & even some adorable stuffed bunny rabbits. I would definitely recommend you stopping by if your in the area and pick up something fun for your feet.
