The Embellished Room

Good, cheap clothing, absolutely disgusting service. I had called the owner about returning a sweater I purchased that had a hole in it - because two times in a row the same style of sweater had holes in it before I had even worn it. He proceeded to tell me he would not return it and that he has many customers and doesn't care if he loses the business of a few. I had then said I work in customer service and normally if someone is a faithful customer there is a customer accommodation that can be made. He proceeded to start yelling at me over the phone that this company is not Canadian and that is just how it is ran, at which I hung up. I would never recommend shopping here because if you get a faulty article of clothing you will have the same experience I have had trying to return it.

I personally know someone who works here and they are smart, hardworking, and very friendly. I believe this speaks volumes about the organizational culture and the quality of service at the Embellished Room.
