Fab Favourite Accessory Boutique

I LOVE FAB. I have been a customer for years and have been shopping for fun costume jewellery for years! I recently got married and got to see FAB in a new light. They had and helped me pick out the most perfect wedding accessories for me and my bridesmaids. The staff is so helpful and friendly...and truthfully amazing at making an outfit complete. Whether it's over the top you're looking for or a subtle bit of glam...they've got it! I look foward to treating myself to another fun piece soon!

I was there a couple of years ago. Hopefully they've improved their customer relations since. Bought a small item and paid cash. Salesperson insisted on getting my name and address for their mailing list. She wouldn't take no for an answer. Here in Toronto, stores use the "mailing list" ploy to get contact info when they suspect someone of using a stolen credit card. According to a friend who worked in retail management, it's also used as a subtle put-down in some of the upscale stores ("we're suspicious because you don't look like you can afford us"). I was on a business trip, dressed appropriately, and very insulted, to say the least. Gave her false info and never went back.

I have been shopping at fab for years and there are so many reasons I keep going back: the incredibly unique selection of affordable, timeless fashion jewellery; the friendly and helpful staff who have helped me on numerous occasions pick out the perfect piece for myself or as a gift, and yet have allowed me to just wander and browse when the mood strikes me; and, of course, the "Girl's Night Out" parties which are a blast! I've hosted two there to support my favourite charities - both were a raving success... what can I say? It is my favourite accessory boutique :)

Everytime I go into Fab I get a genuine "Hello and "How are you today!?" I've had some of the most wonderful conversations to go along with my shopping experience. I would consider Fab to be one of my must stop shops in Waterloo anytime of the week. I always find that perfect piece to go along with that outfit that I can't seem to find anything for. To be honest there really isn't any other place like it! They have endless amounts of accessories for all occasions! Truly unique statement pieces that are guaranteed compliments every where I go. I can't count how many times I get compliments on that jewellery I have purchased there. Sending co-workers, friends, family and the odd stranger that asks about the jewellery I'm wearing, is not a problem for me! I like that all drawers in the store are open and free to really take a look at the wonderful rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings they carry. They have tons of purses and evening bags too. I'm shocked at the one other review that was written, because I have never been contacted by FAB. They take your name and number only for warranty/receipt purposes. I've never been harassed - you can give your name if you like. There is so many postive things to say about FAB! I'm surprised there aren't more reviews posted
