My family has purchased 3 dresses now from this wonderful store; a prom dress and two graduation dresses. The store owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she can estimate what sizes will work for you from the minute you enter the store and knows her stock well enough to judge which dresses will fit the best. The customer service is second to none. She is incredibly patient as you try on many dresses multiple times and works with you to figure out what style looks the best. Based on your preferences she will pick out dresses that match your ideas. She offers helpful suggestions in terms of any necessary alterations or accessories. The prices are very reasonable and there is a huge range of dresses in all colours and styles. Each time we have gone shopping here we have had difficult times choosing between the gorgeous dresses, but end up beyond happy with our choice as we leave. Highly recommend this location for all your dress needs.

Last year I had bought my prom dress from here. I was so fixated on a long, ball gown dress. The lady was telling me it would be so expensive to tailer because I am short and tiny they would have to do a lot too it. She helped me find a dress that I absolutely fell in love with. Helped me pick out shoes and then gave me free jewelry to go with all of it! Amazing customer service! I highly recommend this place ladies for your pr9m dresses!

The owner did an amazing job with the style and colour dress for my daughter's prom. She was very helpful and didn't rush us. Also had a huge selection. I would highly recommend this dress store.

Lady was very rude and impolite. I picked out a dress and she told me I couldn’t try it on for no reason. My friend had a dress on and it had a price tag on for $329 but she told us that if we left and came back the price would raise to $379. She touched without consent and was overall very negative. We left and went to kindred spirt and there was way better dresses and better service overall.

Horrible experience here. I was excited to try on dresses for prom, but quickly got let down. I found a dress in my size that I wanted to try on, but was brushed off a couple times by the lady working there. When I asked a third time, the lady came up to me and touched me without consent on my stomach, waist and hips. She then proceed to tell me the dress wouldn't fit me even though I had tried that size on multiple times in multiple styles and brands already. My sister and I began to leave the store as I was quite hurt by the comments and the touching of my body. As my sister told her that she cannot touch people without their consent and that the service we were receiving was horrible, the lady working then tried to get me to stay and try the dress on. The touching and body shaming was the tipping point to us leaving as when we first came in the other male worker was not wearing a mask and the lady had also roughly pushed past me. Very disappointed with the experience, as it has really effected me and my experience shopping.

The owner help me get the dress i was looking for, she was so kind and all the dresses are just beautiful and reasonable prices. I will keep getting my dresses at this beautiful place.

My daughter got the perfect Grade 8 graduation dress here last summer - she looked like a glamorous supermodel in it. The store has a large variety of dresses for all fancy occasions, and Cindy has very good taste and judgement, and was very helpful advising my daughter during the nerve-wrecking process of deciding. Also, the store is very large, roomy, and well ventilated, we could look at dresses peacefully and at our leisure, without the usual overcrowded-grad-dress-shopping atmosphere. We came back for a second dress for my daughter, for a wedding, and today I just bought a drop-dead gorgeous burgundy prom dress for my other daughter. Will definitely go there again.

This store has a large selection of dresses and decent prices. The owner is great! I went here with my sister for her prom dress about 4 years ago and had a really good experience. I recently needed to buy a bridesmaids dress and immediately thought to return to this store. The owner helped me to pick out dresses that were most flattering for my figure and didn't let me waste time trying on dresses that she didn't think would fit or look good. She offered honest advice and helped me in making the right decision. The second dress I tried on I loved and she gave me a great deal on it! I would definitely recommend dress shopping here.
