I like this store. This is a little expensive, yes. But at least I can find original items here. Staff is always friendly.

I have been shopping at SASS for many years. Caroline, Lesli and the team there are always so wonderful and helpful. The quality of clothing and attention that Caroline's team provides their customers is second to none. I have loved every piece of clothing that I have purchased from the store. If you are looking for a wonderful boutique shopping experience with personalized service from the staff and great fashion pieces, I would highly suggest a visit (or many) to SASS in Waterloo!

I have been a customer of Sass for several years. Recently while shopping, I found a blouse that I had planned on purchasing. Noticing what appeared to be a small coffee stain on the collar, I informed the sales clerk, she had offered to have it dry cleaned for me. I received a phone call a few days later to let me know that the stain would not come out. Still loving the blouse, I asked if the manager could give me a call. The next day I received a call letting me know that blouse had been "donated" to a team member, due to a "hole" made from the drycleaning....something that I was not told in the previous conversation..... Needless to say, I am shocked at the treatment I received as a customer.....I made it very clear I was still interested in purchasing that blouse! Sorry Sass......you have lost my business.....lots of other lovely fashion boutques in the city that offer great service........Sass is not one of them. jc
