Running Room

I was just in the store this evening, and there must have been some kind of seminar or training session going on, because there was a group of people and an employee speaking to them about different types of running shoes near the back of the store. Anyway, I was completely ignored the entire time I was there. No one greeted me, or offered to help. Why bother having the store open if you're just going to ignore paying customers? I spent my money elsewhere and I won't be coming back to the Running Room for any purchases. Besides, my last pair of shoes purchased from there were the wrong fit and fell apart after less than a year.

Rejean and Cathy are awesome and always willing to answer any questions you have. The run groups are a great way to get into running and make some friends as well.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are also part of the water program in Waterloo, so you can just go in for a glass of water if you're thirsty.
