Welcome to The Silly Yak Bakery! Our Certified Gluten-Free Kitchen operates 4 days a week! On Mondays we do our speciality allergy baking with egg-free/casein-free/gluten-free (EFCFGF) and casein-free-/gluten-free (CFGF) items. Tuesdays & Fridays are our two largest GF baking days featuring items from our Walk In Bake Schedule. On Wednesdays we make our pizzas. Friday, you’ll find us baking breads & treats to get ready for the Farmer’s Market. Remember you can also order on-line at: www.sillyyakbakery.com for pick-up at the bakery or delivery to your home. Thursdays Fitchburg Center Farmers Market 3-6pm
Saturdays Downtown Madison Capitol Square 6am-1:45pm
Sundays Monroe Street Farmers Market at Edgewood 0am-1pm
