Manna Cafe & Bakery

The food is always delish with a wide variety of choices without being ridiculous. Most recently I had their tandoori chicken burrito. It was balanced and refreshing. The rotating art in the back dining area is for sale, with oodles of subjects created in a variety of mediums. It's really fun to see what's up.

The Manna Cafe is a place I return to whenever I'm in the area because it seriously knows what it is doing. Interesting and ever changing menu that never disappoints. Great selection of beverages, healthy salads, generous hearty entrees that are homemade. Beads, cookies and desserts for sharing. Quick service despite usually being packed. I've done breakfast and coffee and lunches alone and with friends and each time think it was the best time yet. A pleasure.

Great pastery and food. Very kind staff and comfortable seating, if you're looking for a fantastic meal defective go here you'll not regret it.😃

Excellent quiche and light roast Guatemalan coffee! Great ambiance and friendly service. Expect to wait in line during busy breakfast and lunch hours. Not a good place to grab a coffee to go during peak hours. Refill coffee is more expensive than Colectivo but not as good.

Was looking for a restaurant on Madison's North side. Was not impressed. Menu was very confusing and took a long time to get breakfast. I got toast, eggs and hash browns. The toast was very dry - like a rock - and hash browns tasted burnt. The eggs were ok. It clearly felt like the toast and hash browns were sitting awhile before they were brought out. The north side of Madison would be an optimal location for a down breakfast style restaurant.
