Disheartened with my experience. I bought a gift certificate at a benefit auction and gave it to my daughter for her anniversary. She called to reserve the room as a surprise for her husband. The innkeeper told her to call and confirm which she did the next day. He told her they had a spot for her. On the day of her anniversary she showed up and he had given the room away. He said she hadn't confirmed but I know she did because she called me afterward so excited. She tried to call 6 times the day of the reservation but no one picked up. I called a couple days later to ask what happened and he blamed my daughter for not calling to confirm but I know she did. He continued to argue with me and hung up on me. I will not do business with him again. I would advise anyone not to count on a reservation being upheld.

It was a last minute decision for us to go away for the week-end... Eric is spilling over with effervescence and joy. When you arrive it is his desire to meet your needs. He had one room available and it was nice, comfortable, dated but nice with a beautiful view and nice soak in the hot tub was wonderful, Breakfast was great and he even worked around my gluten intolerance..

This company is super disorganized and staff was extremely rude. I booked a surprise anniversary for my husband and when I was checking in the owner had given our room away, and then blamed the whole thing on me. I would highly suggest to save your money or go elsewhere. Not worth the effort at all. Horrible experience. I wish I could give 0 starts.
