I had a great experience at the La Quinta, the location is incredibly convenient, right off the highway and close to everything in Coeur d'Alene, which made getting around town very easy.nnThe room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day out. The staff was friendly and made the check-in process seamless. The pool and hot tub area seemed very clean, and not too busy which made for some good relaxation. It’s a reliable, comfortable place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid spot in the CDA area.

The employees are wonderful and so sweet! They have a beautiful lobby, and computers and even a printer are available there. The room was wonderful and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. I believe they provided 3 densities of pillows on each bed. The water pressure is wonderful in the bathroom and shower, and the tubs are very large! The breakfast was amazing and had a wide variety of options available! The pool is open 24 hours!

A great hotel that was clean and the breakfast had good options in the mornings, it changed slightly the two mornings we were there. Service was good and they were quick to respond to our needs. Love that the pool and hot tub are open 24/7.

Unfortunately, I have to leave this review because I have received 0 follow up to the three attempts to collect my phone charger that was left in my room. My wife and our twin boys were left without power following the December 16th windstorm. We stayed here Friday December 19th-December 20th, and after leaving our home in a rush, I picked up an AT&T Dual Port 60W Power Delivery Wall Block, and had a 10 Foot USB-C cord and a branded AT&T USB-C cord. One of a kind setup that I purchased at the at&t on Ironwood prior to my arrival, in which was opened in the room, and never left the room. My wife was unaware I purchased it, so when I left for work the next morning and my wife, fumbling twins, she never grabbed it. No big deal, a big chain like this, the housekeeper who cleaned my Room 409 on this day would have to have integrity and return to the lost and found, right? Wrong. I made three phone calls to the front desk on the day after 12/21, the following day, 12/22, then after Christmas, on 12/26, each call promising not only a call back, but a resolution. Not a word. Never a call back. Not a voicemail. Nothing. I know the housekeeper thought this was a score, these people from wherever won’t come looking for it and pocketed it. Its the only thing that makes sense. I am very disappointed, you guys have my number, at least you mentioned that you wrote it down and would give me a call back good, bad or indifferent. At this point, I want a refund for my stay. This is ridiculous and sad. I was not here for pleasure, vacation or business, I was here because I needed a place for my sons to have power and not be freezing the middle of December. That is all this hotel was good for. I will follow up 1/6/2026, more then two weeks after this incident occurred to probably be told the same thing. Piss poor management.

I was here for my nephews wedding. never again my room had stains dirty carpet and a smell of w33d it looked like if you left 10 rats in a room for ten years and came back with a whole entire civilization and the walls had a goopy residue. the pool and hot tub were nice tho
