The casino and rooms were good but the Red Tail Bar & Grille gets 1 star which greatly affected our overall experience. The food was great at the Red Tail Bar & Grille but the service was severely lacking. The first night the waitress we had was not very pleasant and it was obvious she had better places to be. We also tried to get take-out the next night because my wife could not come down due to heat exhaustion. Room service was not available due to Covid restrictions but their web site said orders could be picked up at the Host desk. The host told me it was up to the waitresses if they want to enter take-out orders and none would do it. He said they were too busy to do it. It was my guess they couldn't be bothered to help out my sick wife because they did not think they would get a tip. He said we were welcome to come sit in the restaurant though. I asked if they were too busy to enter my order how could they have time to serve us in the restaurant! He had no answer for that one. Worst service we have ever gotten!!
Small rooms but descent enough in the countryside. Casino is crowded which gives good feel but the smoke there is in tolerable one. For a non smoker it's better to use the no smoke casino which is small though. Had food in huckleberry deli food is so good there especially the clam chowder, one of the best I had ever. Gaming section staffs are not friendly very harsh towards new sign-ups
Reward play isn't a reward at all. It deducts your money along with their "reward" play. I haven't been to this casino about 20 years. I always had a great time but I moved to over an hour away. Today was exciting until I started playing. This being a new experience of the casino, I don't think I'll be back. Reward play in any other casino is just that, a reward.
Stayed for my sister in laws birthday and the room was beautiful. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Chinook restaurant and played plenty of games in the casino, before ending the night cap listening to some wonderful music in the lounge. The drinks were delicious too overall a wonderful time. Definitely recommend
Had a fall there last month and since another patron knocked off their sign and I stepped on it within 30 seconds im told by their insurance they are not liable. Bad enough when I did fall, after they took the report, I told them I would definitely need a motorized scooter to leave with, but they never came back to check on me. Out of this trip of many prior visits, I got a Sorry, hope you heal quickly. Very saddened over the whole incident. Always felt important there, but not anymore. Live and learn. I now constantly watch the floor in hopes this never happens again. Especially on a reservation. I hope more compassion becomes a must have soon. I never expected anything but my medical and miss of work helped out on, and to feel I was important as a good players club member, but no. Just a very short sorry.. Moving on, hoping my tore hamstring heals on its own, so I can get back to the norm. One positive, Cocoa who was my hostess truly made me feel better with her texts and seemed very real about what happened to me. Shes wonderful.
This casino realized how much money they made during the pandemic by not giving any coins back from the ticket redemption machines and closing the casino floor therefore not having to pay staff in the early morning hours to “sanitize “ we wake up and are not able to gamble til 7, eat til 8 and walk the length of the casino and stand in line to get ALL of the money you are owed. Besides this the odds are horrible- never go here when an awesome casino like Quest is so close! Amazed how such wealth only makes more greed at this place
We stayed in the spa tower suite. It was huge and quiet. Very cozy with the fire going. Bed and pillows were nice. Everything felt very clean except the tub. I'm a professional cleaner and those tub jets can get clean, they don't need to have the yellow build up around them. Also, after paying nearly 300 on a 1 night stay it didn't feel good to not have any complimentary bottled water. Instead, they had a note on the waters saying 4 dollars each. This stay was for our 20th anniversary, no wine glasses or microwave. Other then those few things, we had a great time. In summary: bring bottled water, wine glasses, bubble bath, and nothing you need hated in microwave!
Although I did not go inside, I was impressed by the facility on the outside. Beautifully landscaped and the golf course was calling my name. My friend works there and highly recommended the spa which would be my go to for indulging in pampering 101. I plan to return for another weekend getaway.
Customer service is amazing, the staff is very attentive and always smiling. I was thankful for Mikaylah from the Banquets team, she went out of her way to help me and my wife and was pleasant to speak with. I will be coming back, and I've heard great things about the golf club and course, which my wife and I are interested in.
Casino floor and Bingo Hall was clean, but filled with smoke/vape clouds everywhere. Almost unbearable at times. Bingo hall employees were great and the event was fun - would have been perfect without the thick smoke layer. Stayed on mountain lodge side - Bed was horrible - lumpy and felt like an uneven mound of cheap pillows. Everything in the room/hallway reeked of smoke. Room was pretty clean upon arrival. No room service so we tried a couple places in the hotel .Food and service/wait time was terrible at the two restaurants we tried- didn't dare to try a third. All in all the bingo and bingo employees saved the evening from being a total disaster. Would go back for an evening bingo, but will always go elsewhere for food and lodging after this experience. Intolerant non smokers should probably just find someplace else to go
