Riverbend Inn Post Falls

First few times I stayed were good. Then the manager Stacy Gould completely ruined it for me. Complete hater and unprofessional. Started yelling at me in front of customers. I own my own business and if one of my employees yelled at my customer!!! Omg. Anyways go across the street. Couple bucks more but way better.

Totally fine place to stay! It's obviously not the nicest place you can stay, but our room was clean, had good temperature control, and had all the amenities we needed (coffee maker, fridge, microwave, shampoo/conditioner, soap, hot breakfast, and 24 hour front desk). Great place to just stop and stay if you're looking for a basic room! Our only complaints were: we were missing bath towels when we first came in (remedied by a quick stop to the front desk), and our door was open when we got there. I work at a motel and know that those types of things happen very easily and it's not worth getting too upset about.

I stay here a bit and I absolutely love it. I do however wish for a better tv in the room and 4 towels instead of 3. Just cause Asa woman I need a hair towel as well and when there is two of ya we need just one more. Other then that love the place

Very run down Motel. Dirty carpeting, ripped carpeting. The manager Stacy was very rude. My experience receives 0 for customer service! We won’t stay there again and recommend you don’t either.

When I arrived the room wasn't ready even though I reserved it months in advance. After a long flight I was told I had have to "go somewhere until the room is ready". When the room was ready I was unimpressed. Decent room with two wafer thin pillows and an ok bed. I asked for another pillow or two and was told they had no more. Not a big deal, I went to sleep. Until I was at 7AM awoken by a man with a gas powered weed-wacker a foot outside my window. I usually don't write reviews, but the dude woke me up so might as well do something with the time. The room wasn't ready, overpriced, bad pillows and unwanted early morning wake up calls. If that sounds good to you..
