Quality Inn

Rooms prices were good, until you see the room. There was mold in the shower on the handles and the faucet. I had to ask for maid service, and the all they did was make the bed and leave some towels. After 4 days there I was fed up and left early. They didn't vacuum my room once, the sink and tub we're not cleaned during my entire stay. There were employee kids in the breakfast nook all the time. People​ making noise all night long upstairs every night. Staff was smoking just outside the front doors . I could go on and on. Very disappointed. I usually stay here 3-4 times a year for 10 days and sm very happy. I won't come back.

When checking in, the person behind the desk was wearing a tank top undershirt and showing off his(appearing to be neonazi) tattoos. Service from him was slow as well. Otherwise the staff seemed nice enough and the rooms were clean.

Very nice rooms, very quiet. Staff is excellent. Breakfast is good. Location works well for day trips all around the area. Highly recommended.

People are nice. OK breakfast nice waffles Quite hotel. Clean hotel. Right off the freeway.

Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet location but still near the Spokane river and i-90 freeway so quick trip to all the fun.
