The Mobile Shop at Real Canadian Superstore

Went to them earlier in the day to discuss a price match of a gift card offer, we reviewed everything together and was told I could make the purchase then and come back later for the points to be added or come back later in the evening and do it all then when the manger was available. The rep even spoke to someone to confirm they could to the price match. Thankfully, I came back later because then they said I could not do the price match because it is a hardware upgrade, something we had discussed already. Had I done the change earlier I probably would have lost my cheaper BYOD plan and been denied the price match. I am extremely disappointed that they wasted my time when I could have been told earlier that they don't do hardware upgrade price matches.

Went to upgrade my phone and Virgin plan. The promotions were great, the sales associate used the PC points towards lowering the monthly payments of the phone and gave me some accessories for the phone. Very happy, got a great deal.

Got two mobile plans there with devices during boxing day sale and it was good experience. Got good promotion in PC Optimum points. The phones were not in stock at the store, but they managed to get them from a different location.

I had an amazing experience at the shop recently and was able to upgrade to an iPhone 11 with ease. The service was quick and friendly. The staff, especially Kashif, was super polite and helpful. I can’t praise his help enough. Definitely recommend this spot if you need a new plan/phone!

I came in to store today as I have been having issues with my bill for last 6 months. Fido was not able to help or understand me. Kashif spent so much time today helping me out talking with Koodo and Fido on my behalf. He not only was able to resolve all my concerns but was able to get my point across and get my money back that I was being charged unfairly. He is what true customer service is all about, not only trying to sell phones but taking care of customers when ever we come by with issues. I feel so safe knowing Kashif and the mobile shop guys are here for us. Appreciate all the hard work your guys are doing.

The rep that helped us was "Kashif" bhai. Very unbiased advise, no hidden fees, straight to the point, gives you multiple options and lists out pros and cons for each plan with multiple carriers. Doesn't force you to tie you into any sort of contract, and acts willfully as per customers requirement. Highly recommend this location and Kashif.

Khaleel shah is the manager here for last 8 years and gave me and friends the best deal. Camr back to do price match twice and he was happy to help me out.

I really wish I could give a NO STAR review. Worst customer service ever. This guy named Paul Raj doesn't know what he's doing and he's wasted at least 4 hours and we're still here in the store and yes, it's past closing time. He thought my phone was unlocked and tried to port it to Freedom. It was locked to Rogers so my number was lost in limbo. When I asked him to put it back to Rogers, he couldn't find my SIM card. By the time he figured out what to do, Rogers is treating me like a brand new customer and I have to sign up for a more expensive plan. Can't talk to Rogers about it because they are closed. Please do not go there.
