I was there today to find a shirt for my new job The woman who helped me went above and beyond to help. You see I was worrying that I wouldn't find a shirt. Lucky she was there and found exactly what I needed. Thanks to her I also found nice walking shoes. Well I actually got spoiled by my husband because they have a great quality clothing that I fell in love with. I felt I was Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. This is definitely my favorite store!
We took back a pair of work boots, less than 6 months old.Both boots sole split in half at the heels. The manager said they are only covered for 100 days. If we wanted them to last longer, we should have spent more money when purchased. $89. Work boots were all that the young fellow could afford. If these boots are this poorly made, maybe they should sell them. Dakota boots Mark's go-to product. If you can't stand behind your product, don't sell it! Very poor customer service
Very rude to my wife, never again will we go there. Absolutely disgusting how they treated her. If you wanna be treated with dignity and respect don’t go to this Marks.
Today was the worst. Staff member ignored me as I struggled to get something off the really high clothing rack. Then an item that was listed as in stock, wasn't. I decided to order it and have it sent to my home. When I looked at the receipt, my house number wasn't on it. Called customer service - closed. Called the store - gave me a wrong number to get help. Talked to a manager - I got snarled at.
Very friendly staff. I purchase scrubs and active wear here often. My husband will not purchase work boots from anywhere else, they are great quality and have an excellent warranty. There is a very decent selection of good quality clothing, with lots is sizes in stock.
The staff at this Marks went above & beyond! Purchased almost $200 the day before a massive sale at another Marks in another city and the staff there conveniently neglected to mention that I could save 20% on everything by coming back the next day. Stopped in the Simcoe location to shop, discovered this sale, mentioned my dismay of overpaying, and the girls here were gracious and adjusted the bill to refund the difference. Super friendly, helpful, gracious, excellent customer service all around! I will shop here from now on. :
Nice store. Had what I wanted. Staff was friendly and polite and the store had just opened at 8 am. Appreciate the early hours to shop.
As much as I love Mark's clothing, the service here was mostly inexistant. We spent over an hour in the store actively searching for sizes and nobody came to us. I had to go ask to the counter for help myself multiple times. Luckily, that person was helpful once they got to us...
Bought everything I have in my closet from Marks over the last 15 years. Loved past tense the company but they went and changed all the sizes recently. I went in and got my "regular" sizes and nothing fits. So frustrated because this was the only place I could find with clothes that fit my body shape-"Working Man with actual muscles, wide in the shoulders, narrow in the waist." Guess I'll start looking for another place to buy all my clothes form now on. Just when I was going to outfit all my employees with new wardrobe, and there is no point now. So frustrating.
Good selection of clothing. A smaller collection of foot wear. Nice and helpful staff.
