Kal Tire

I called to book an appointment to have winter tires put on my car. My mom had traded in her car and had winter tires stored at kal-tire. I have the same vehicle (different year) as my mom. I wanted to make sure the rims were compatible with my car. The worker I spoke with had major attitude in his voice and was rude. He says "look! we are busy!, just bring your car here and we will see if your tires fit". I responded by saying "I'm not going to show up while you guys are busy and wait for a long time or all day to have my tires put on". I am disappointed with the customer service, They should really be careful with which worker(s) talks to customers on the phone, and have some of these workers take a customer service course.

I was just at Kal Tire on the 8th of September and the service was great. I order my tires about a week in advance and the guy on the other end knew what he was talking about and gave me his best opinion on what to buy. When it came to the service the day of installation the receptionist was very nice and the service was quick. I showed up around 8:10AM and I left before 9:00AM. My overall service there was great and I would highly recommend purchasing tires from them.

Great staff - wasn’t busy so had 4 guys to mount the tries on rims. Was in and out super quick and fairly priced ! Would definitely go back

Only place ill deal with in simcoe for tires. Have been going to them for the past 23 years. Great service. Very fast and never had any problems with the crew or my vehicle when taken to them.

45 minutes and out the door with 4 new tires installed. Great service. Store had to special order my preferred tires and I never expected to hear back as most other companies rarely do. To my surprise they did call back and held the tires till I returned from my vacation. I will highly recommend KAL tire and bring my business to them anytime.
