I have been very disappointed in this Walmart the past 2 months I've gone there. It has gotten to a point I'm writing an awful review which disappoints me. Rhe shelves have been 40%;empty. Not to mention the terrible service in the electronic department hence the photo of rhe 4 electronic employees singing coomboya. I went to the counter to Sl for help finding a vase for my brand new galaxy s 20 I was directed to the aisle they are...not guided. I didn't realize how upset I would be not being guided to the phone protective cases until I was standing in the aisle they are and yelling for help which annelderly couple witnessed and they were also appalled that I was shown a "1 minute " finger only to wait an additional 5 minutes twiddling my fingers and talking to the old couple about how my husband had the same problem a week before. The previous week he had to help himself because 6 employees were having a gossip session, including a manager and my husband found a case for a very good price. He wir qhat he needed and when He was checking out the price that came up for the phone case that he packed didn't match the price that was in front of him on on the shelf for the case he had gotten so he had to wait for a reight for a representative to call back and say that was the price indeed Instead port. My husband had to go back to the electronics section and explain where he got it from and that it isn't The only price under that sticker for that same item they told him that that it had to match the UPC code code for the price which is incorrect when an item is displayed it is displayed for a certain price price they have to honor that price so he was given the price that it was supposed to be and they actually gave him an extra $10 credit Because of the p*** poor service that he received in the electronics department It's a shame that a week later I decided to go get a phone case and there's 4 ladies working behind the electronic counter and not one of them had the time to come and show me where I could find Galaxy app Galaxy S20 phone cases Which by the way they didn't have one Galaxy S20 phone case I took a picture of all of the employees congregating behind the counter of in the counter of the electronics counter just to just to show you how much they work they don't deserve their jobs there are jobs I would be more than happy to come in as an employee in the electronics department and get it into tip top shape upshape hire me I would love the job and I would be great at it
I have go to this walmart all the time and sometimes it's a great place some times it's not it all depends on the day. Some times it's super clean and sometimes it's not. They have a great selection of everything and I always find great stuff there.
A lot of my usual products were out of stock. It happened to be a busy time when I went. It's a good place to look for everything you want, but for someone like me with breathing problems it's alot of walking.
Was really upset over a childrens game and the customer service rep was not being helpful. Called the manager Jonathan over... he fixed it right away with a a solution that met me half way. I left happy overall, very grateful he was there to help.
#racist Spent odd $70 at this walmart, an employee at self-checkout rudely asks only us whether we paid for it after exit, no buzzers/no beeps. Asst. Manager refused to speak about the concern, the employee gets even more arrogant as we raised the issue. Bad customer service.
This Walmart was great, we just moved to Simcoe. I had troubles finding a few things and staff kindly directed me to the PROPER location. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I like to see that. Other walmarts I've been to the employees don't really know the lay out or where things are I won't name which ones This walmart is so far so good. Food was fresh. Staff was great. Bathroom was clean . I'm impressed by the management here. I also had a issue where the item wasn't priced as shown on the sign they rectified this and quickly altered the price for it. 5 STARS Walmart.
THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR! NOT ONLY RACIST BUT THE LADY AT SELF CHECKOUT SHOULD BE FIRED! TALK ABOUT INCLUSION! AS A BLACK WOMAN, WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO TELL ME IM ONLY HERE TO PICK CORN, COTTON AND TOBACCO. REST ASSURED I HOPE THE OWNER OPERATOR SEES THIS AND CONTACTS ME OR I WILL BE GOING TO THE MAYOR OF SIMCOE KRISTAL CHOPP ON THIS INCIDENT.
I like this store in general, but the Pharmacist strikes me as one of the kindest, most patient and professional pharmacists that I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
I've shopped here off and on over past ten yrs have never had any issues today though I had a overly friendly helpful visit. Issues at checkout self checkout as always the staff there are simply wonderful very pleasant and keep the line moving quite quickly compared to many other stores but today a gentleman MIKE. C was extremely helpful not only did he very easily enlighten my mood when I was told no more shopping bags now fabric but also helped me with knowledge on two items I figured I would be unable to return. A very professional pleasant man. Thank you sir.
