Staples Simcoe

The technician knew right away what was wrong with my laptop. He was friendly and courteous and fixed it very quickly and it didn't cost that much either! I'm very happy with my experiences at Staples in Simcoe.

Got them to send my broken earbuds back to the manufacture for repair and called 3 weeks later about a status on them and they hadn't even sent them out yet, terrible service

The Print staff are all knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with! I love using the Simcoe location when in town

Most of the sales reps are great, the reps in the copy centre are incredible, and they have a better selection of computers/laptops than any competition. I've personally purchased 3 laptops, a tablet, a drone, and a ton of other things here, and I have every intention of going back next time I need something. My only issue is any warranty issues have to be sent out of store, which can be time consuming.

This is one of the best staples stores I have dealt with. The salespeople know their products and are very helpful. The copy centre girls are amazing! Go above and beyond what is expected of them. Don't go by the google "popular time" as this is usually not correct! This app is useless and stupid to even say for the business. Get yourself into the store and you will see just how busy they actually are. Oh... and they won't answer the phones if they are busy as they are considerate enough to deal with people that actually get off their butts, make the effort to get into the store for help. I wouldn't be happy if they abandoned me for a phone call.
