Had a great shopping trip today. I’m a little bit anxious when I go to busy stores, and being the week before school, I was pretty stressed about shoe shopping with my three kids. The person helping us, I didn’t get her name, was sooo nice and I’m super thankful for her patience and knowledge. The store was very organized, especially concerning the amount of parents and their children shopping. Great job, staff!!

The store closes at 8, but they agreed to stay open late to accommodate my working schedule, and helped me find the perfect pair of boots for a concert. Not only that, they also helped me find a second pair of boots that I’m completely obsessed with!! Overall an amazing store with great options and very kind staff!!

Great place to get boots, huge selection to pick from. I ended up with a pair of steal toe work boots and a pair of steal toe work shoes. The store staff was really helpful, the products pricing was affordable. Will be returning here a few times a year for all my family’s footwear needs.

I have no problem with accepting a credit as we were given HOWEVER I do have an issue with being told by the csr on the phone that I was lying and that the owner's son told us that the return policy was for credit only. When she mentioned it was the owner's son that is when her attitude became very agitated and practically hung up on me. I work with customers all the time and am aware of what policies are. I didn't see the sign nor was implicitly told about return policy as credit or exchange only. Was only told they could be returned if not worn and that is verbatim. He was a pleasant guy and I may consider returning but that lady and the service on the phone was atrocious.

Huge store of TONS of sandles, men's casual, work shoe ,boots ...children sandles, slippers ..its alot of beautiful colors and all different styles... Amazing staff ...

Always buy my shoes here. My daughter got her first pair of boots here. Tiny little Dr.Martins.. they were the smallest shoe we could find. Would love a few more options for babies. But as a adult with older kids, we're always happy with the selection and the prices

Misleading . I selected a pair of men shoes from a rack labelled” All 19.99 or less” and took them to the counter for payment. To my surprise the lady mentioned that this pair is not included and priced it around $90. She did mention that only one side of the rack is included which is misleading to the customers.

Huge selection of shoes. Bring your family and friends. Everyone will leave happy with their hands full of boxes of shoes!

I didn't buy anything today but I have in the past. Everyone is so friendly. They have a great selection to choose from.

My daughter and I were shopping for shoes for her graduation yesterday. After browsing the aisles and not finding what we were looking for, a lovely employee saw us and asked if she could help. The employees name was Milena. She was absolutely wonderful!!! She picked out several pairs of shoes for my daughter to try on. Gave advice and tips to my daughter on how to walk in her new heels!! She helped us find the perfect pair of shoes to go with her dress!!! She then helped us find another pair for my daughters birthday gift!!! Milena is very good at her job, and such a genuine caring person and employee!!! I highly recommend Shoes Factory Outlet Simcoe, and Milena!! Excellent service!!! Well done!!!!
