Canadian Tire

After dialing the automotive department about 30 times the clerks puts me on hold for ten minutes, then says, "hello hello"? Real quick and slams down the phone..

Was there to return a motorcycle jack as it was leaking hydraulic fluid only used a couple times but couldn't find when purchased as i didn't have receipt. They were awesome and were able to change out for me!!! Thanks to the nice lady and manager at customer service!!

I called to get my snow tires put on, immediately put on hold for 5 minutes. When I came. I showed up on time to get my tires put on. They took my keys, I gave them the tires and a I waited an hour. When I came back. I waited a while before a lady told me "they were doing it now" which wasn't true because I could still see my tires from where they were an hour before. I mentioned that and she went to go check. When she came back, she walked right by me and started helping other people. I stood there for another 5 - 10 minutes before someone else asked me why I was standing there. He went to check what was going on and told me that they were running behind. I understand that sometimes when you're swamped, you fall behind. However, it should not have taken 10 - 15 minutes just to tell me that. I'm now avoiding Canadian Tire for service. Car service is fine, customer service is awful.

Very friendly staff, most of the time has what I need, best return and warranty policy I've ever seen. Prices seem high compared to other big box stores, but they always have sales on that make up for it. Just shop accordingly.
